Nice North America recently announced its certification as a “Great Place to Work” in Canada.

The certification process, led by the Great Place to Work organization, includes an employee survey and culture audit, according to the company.

Nice stated that the “performance of Nice North America in these assessments demonstrates its focus on cultivating a work environment that values open communication, collaboration, and innovation.”

“We are truly honoured to receive this certification, as it reflects our dedication to making Nice North America an exceptional place to work for all our team members,” said Luca Longhin, deputy CEO, Nice North America, in a company press release. “We believe people are at the centre of our success as a company, and we are committed to maintaining an engaging, inclusive, and diverse workplace that inspires growth and innovation.”

“Our data shows that great workplaces benefit from stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and better customer satisfaction than their peers,” added Nancy Fonseca, senior vice-president, Great Place to Work Canada. “What’s more, work environments with trust at the foundation are ripe for innovation, agility, resilience and efficiency.”

Nice North America is a subsidiary of Nice. The company acquired Nortek Control in 2021 and consolidated its North American operations last year under the leadership of Longhin. Nice brands include 2GIG, ELAN, Linear, Mighty Mule, SpeakerCraft, Proficient, Furman, Panamax, Gefen, Numera, Intellivision, Abode and HySecurity.
